Course Example

This course has several modules/lessons and interactivities. A special feature of this course are the real life scenarios learners must go through. Learning is gated so they are able to come back and learn the correct response as they move through the scenarios.

Video Example: The Challenge

To create this video I had to work with subject matter experts on the topic to extract information and create a script in a storytelling format.

No graphics or design elements were available so creating a fresh new design concept in line with the company branding was part of the scope for this video project.

Creation Process

In this video example, you will see a video I scripted, edited, and produced as part of a series for a course on Surveys.

To produce a script I work along-sides SMEs using an interview method I’ve developed, and then extract the content from the session to create a script.

To engage the learner, I convert the information into a story-telling format, draft a storyboard with the script to deliver to my stakeholders for approval and after review and feedback, I deliver the final product.

Certification: Challenge

Create a product training solution for three global audiences that allows learners to choose their own path, earn certifications and provide different types of learning opportunities.

Example of the Solution:

As part of a company-wide revamp, I designed and developed a program called “CX Navigator.” In this video, you will see a newly built LMS, with micro-learning options as well as virtual, live, and on-demand sessions. Courses were designed to provide the learner with various modalities of learning, such as handouts, interactivities, videos and games.

Learners could filter by skill and level to create their own path, as well as see any assigned courses in their queue. This training program was designed to be mobile and desktop friendly. It was launched for customers, partners, and internal employees with a whole new re-brand.
